Cannabis has been proven to be safe and beneficial. There is no sensible reason it should be illegal and people should spend time in prison for using natural medicine.

I'm all for it. The pros out weigh the cons overwhelmingly. Anybody who needs it medically and those of us that just enjoy the peace and tranquility of the recreational use of it would truly appreciate the alternative to smoking cigarettes, drinking, and or use of more destructive mind altering substances. Needless to say the multitude of medical, financial, and natures benefits are staggering. Plants 🪴 are life's oxygen.

This is a great start. Like said above, put something in there that no county can void dispensaries opening in their county. It’s about time that something be put through! Surrounded by legal states that are getting taxes that could help this state. And help people get “California clean” from harder drugs and opiates!!
